I am an attorney in Tyler, Texas. I had used another process server in Missouri to serve someone a document with a citation and notice. The 1st gentlemen did not even read the citation and proceeded to serve the person based upon “Missouri laws.” I later learned that he did not even appropriately do that.

I was in a pinch. I had to have this person served very quickly. I spoke w/ Mr. Jeff who was very helpful in this matter. He explained how he normally runs his business and that he would have to charge me a rush fee, but would attempt service immediately.
